  • A+++ efficiency and WiFi control from your phone
  • R290 reaches 75°C water for older radiators
  • Air Source R32 with a Panasonic compressor down to -30°C

Completed projects you can explore

These figures come from the projects record on this site — you can count them yourself.

A NOBEL multifunctional heat pump takes heat from the outside air and moves it into the water circulating in the home’s radiators or underfloor heating — and in summer it reverses the cycle to cool. The same unit also heats domestic water. One system instead of a boiler, air conditioners and a water heater.

The three series

  • Multifunctional R32 — heating outputs from 6.4 to 23 kW, operation down to -20°C, water up to 60°C
  • Multifunctional R290 — an eco-friendly refrigerant, water up to 75°C for radiators that need higher temperatures, operation down to -25°C
  • Air Source R32 — Panasonic DC Inverter compressor and fan, SCOP up to 4.92, operation down to -30°C on three-phase models

Who it suits

  • A villa or home wanting winter heating and summer cooling from one system
  • A property with no natural gas that needs central heating
  • A home with underfloor heating or radiators wanting an efficient electric heat source

When it is not the right choice

If you only need hot water for use, a multifunctional unit is more than you need — the water-heating heat pump is simpler. If you have natural gas and do not need cooling, a boiler may cost less to install. And the unit needs an outdoor spot with fresh air — we check that at the survey before recommending it.

The next step

Output is set by the home’s heat load, not by floor area alone. Book a free survey and we will calculate the right output, series and connection type (radiators or underfloor).

FAQ

How is it different from the home water-heating heat pump?

A water-heating heat pump does one job: hot water for use. NOBEL multifunctional heat pumps heat the home in winter, cool it in summer and heat water from the same unit, connected to radiators or underfloor heating. If you only need hot water, the [water-heating heat pump](/en/products/home-heat-pump) is simpler and cheaper.

R32 or R290?

If you have older radiators that need hotter water, R290 reaches 75°C. If the priority is the best seasonal efficiency and the coldest operating conditions, the Air Source R32 series with a Panasonic compressor runs down to -30°C on three-phase models. The survey sets the series and output against your home’s heat load.

Do I need three-phase power?

Not necessarily. Each series has single-phase models (220-240 V) for homes and three-phase models for larger outputs. We check the electrical panel at the survey.

How is the price decided?

We select a smart heating system sized around your home, not a product off the shelf. Price depends on Capacity (unit output sized to bathrooms and draw-off points) · Consumption (how many hot-water points run at once, and whether it also runs heating) · Purchase timing (the season you buy in — costs are not fixed year-round) · Accessories (safety valve, pressure reducer, circulation pump and controls) · Optional extras (any additions you ask for). After the free assessment, our quote identifies the model, specifications, installation scope and warranty. You get a clear recommendation and know what the cost includes, with installation and support from Aurora.

Already have a boiler or water-heating system?

Safety valves, pressure reducers, circulation pumps and their control panels all get replaced over time — and the safety valve in particular is not something to postpone.
