Who exactly is Aurora?
Aurora is an implementation company, not a distributor. The practical difference: one team runs from study and design through supply, installation and commissioning — the company that surveys your site is the same one that designs the system, installs it, and answers you when something fails two years later. No ball gets passed between a supplier and a technician.
Our field is deliberately narrow: water heating, space heating and pool heating — solar water heaters, gas boilers, central, underfloor and wall heating systems, and heat pumps. We do not do everything, and that is what lets the team know these systems at fault level rather than catalogue level.
Customers come in two kinds: homes (apartments, villas, chalets) and projects (hotels, hospitals, factories, institutions and residential compounds). Each has its own track, team and phone number — because a central system for a hotel is not a bigger version of an apartment heater, it is a design from first principles.

Are you an agent, or do you sell any brand?
Aurora is the exclusive agent for Greek NOBEL solar water heaters in Egypt. That is not a slogan: it means spare parts come straight from the source with no intermediary, and the team is trained on these systems specifically. Alongside that we work with other approved brands in boilers and heating systems as the case requires.
Which areas do you work in?
Most of our delivery is in Cairo, Giza, the new cities and Alexandria, then the coastal areas — the Red Sea, South Sinai and Matrouh — with projects in many other governorates across Upper Egypt, the Delta and the Canal. The most accurate answer for your case comes once you name the area, because coverage differs between a new installation, scheduled maintenance and an emergency call.
How do I verify a company before paying?
Ask for three things: a written quote itemising the scope in detail (not a lump sum), written warranty terms for each component, and a delivery record naming organisations you can ask about. All three exist here — and if any company hesitates on one of them, that is your answer.
What actually sets you apart?
One thing nobody can copy — the exclusive agency — and two that show up in delivery: responsibility sits with a single party, and work is handed over running and tested rather than merely installed. Before we leave, the system is run in front of you, draw-off points are checked, and warranty terms are handed over in writing. The rest — "professional team", "high quality" — is what every company says, so we do not build on it.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes, within the systems and brands the team is trained on. Systems Aurora delivered come first, but the maintenance route is open to others — and you get a yes or no on the first call once you send the system type and model.
Is the site visit paid?
No. The visit is free and carries no obligation, and it ends with a written quote. The reason is simple: without a visit any figure is guesswork, and if that figure turns out wrong later both sides lose.
I have a large project — who do I contact?
The projects team directly; they have their own number, separate from general sales. Projects are designed on site with load, simultaneity and draw-off point calculations, and they follow a different track from the first call.
