Highlights

  • Approved parts for solar heaters, boilers and heating systems
  • Sold on their own, or as part of installation and maintenance contracts
  • Warranty on the part — usually one year, confirmed at order
  • Not sure which part? An Aurora technician identifies it before you buy

This is not our first installation

  1. 109projects delivered
  2. 998units installed
  3. 16governorates

These figures come from the projects record on this site — you can count them yourself.

Most faults in heaters, boilers and heating systems are not a failure of the whole appliance — one part has worn out: a burnt element, a failed thermostat, a consumed magnesium anode, a blocked safety valve. The difference between a simple repair and replacing an entire appliance is usually finding the right part in time. Aurora supplies these parts standalone to customers, and as part of installation and scheduled maintenance contracts.

How they are sold

  • Standalone — know the part? Order it directly and we confirm availability and the right size for your appliance
  • With installation — parts are specified and fitted as part of an Aurora system installation
  • With maintenance — a scheduled maintenance contract includes checking and replacing wear parts before they fail

Warranty

Spare parts carry a warranty, usually one year. The period varies by part type and brand, so we confirm the warranty on the specific part you are requesting at the time of order — before you pay, not after.

Not sure which part?

You do not need to know its name. Tell us the appliance type and the symptom you are seeing, and we will identify the part. If the fault needs an on-site check, we send a technician — because the worst outcome is buying a part on a guess and finding the fault was somewhere else entirely.

Next step

Send us the appliance type and the part or the fault, and we will come back with what is available, what suits it, and the warranty — before you commit to anything.

Available groups

Six groups covering solar heaters, boilers and heating systems.

  • Safety & Pressure

    Safety & Pressure

Safety valves at different pressures, pressure-and-temperature (P&T) relief valves, pressure reducing valves, non-return valves with safety, and the triple safety group. This is the most critical group of all: without it a tank runs with no outlet for excess pressure.

  • Elements & Heater Spares

    Elements & Heater Spares

Flange elements in different sizes, a one-inch element for pressurised vacuum heaters, an L-shaped element for non-pressurised ones, magnesium anodes, tank gaskets, and a complete connection kit bundling the element, anode, pressure reducer and safety valve in one order.

  • Control

    Control

Control panels for standard and vacuum heaters, Schneider panels, vacuum-tube sensors, thermostats, and Italian Giacomini actuators for heating systems.

  • Circulation & Distribution

    Circulation & Distribution

Grundfos circulation pumps for central heating, pump control panels, and metered valve sets for manifold boards.

  • Heating Accessories

    Heating Accessories

Italian thermostatic valve sets, Orca radiator valves, brackets and radiator press fittings, and complete underfloor heating supplies from foam and aluminium and pipe through to clips and insulation foil.

  • Protection & Water Treatment

    Protection & Water Treatment

Boiler protection boxes sized for different tanks, solar heater covers, heater brackets, and calcium filters (including an antibacterial version) that protect the tank and pipework from scale.

FAQ

Can I buy a part on its own without installation?

Yes. Spare parts and accessories are sold on their own, and also as part of an installation or a maintenance contract. If you know the part you need, send us the appliance type, model and the fault, and we will tell you what is available and suitable. If you are not sure, an Aurora technician identifies it on a site visit so you do not buy the wrong part.

Is there a warranty on spare parts?

Yes, and it is usually one year. The period varies by part type and brand, so we confirm the warranty on the specific part you are requesting at the time of order, not after purchase. Parts that Aurora installs also carry responsibility for the installation itself, not just the part.

I do not know what the part I need is called

That is normal, and you do not need to know. Tell us the appliance type (solar heater, boiler, heating) and the symptom you see — no hot water, a leak, noise, high pressure — and we will identify the part. If the fault needs an on-site check, we send a technician. The worst outcome is buying a part on a guess and finding the fault was somewhere else.

My appliance was not installed by Aurora — can you still sell me a part?

In most cases yes. Many parts (elements, thermostats, magnesium anodes, safety valves, radiator valve sets) come in standard sizes and fit appliances from different brands. What decides it is the appliance type and the size, and that is confirmed before ordering. If the part is specific to a brand we do not distribute, we tell you straight rather than sell you something that will not fit.

What is a magnesium anode and why replace it?

The anode is a magnesium rod inside the tank that corrodes **instead of** the tank body — it sacrifices itself so the tank survives. Over time it is fully consumed, and then corrosion starts eating the tank itself, which usually means replacing the whole tank. Replacing it on time is far cheaper than the consequence of ignoring it, and it is one of the most requested parts we carry.

How important is the safety valve?

It is the single most important safety part in any heater or boiler. Water expands as it heats and pressure rises; the safety valve releases that excess. If it fails, blocks or is removed, pressure builds inside a sealed tank — a real hazard, not a theoretical one. Never run without one or substitute something lesser, and have it checked regularly with maintenance.

How is the price decided?

There is no single figure that is right for everyone, because this is a smart heating system sized around your home, not a product off the shelf. Five things move the price: Capacity (how many litres your home actually needs) · Consumption (how much hot water you use per day) · Purchase timing (the season you buy in — costs are not fixed year-round) · Accessories (pump, controller, backup heater and safety valves) · Optional extras (any additions you ask for). That is why we survey the site first and then give you a final figure in writing, rather than a number that shifts during installation. Our order is fixed: quality first, price second. Our pricing is competitive, and what you pay for is the materials, the installation quality, the after-sales service and the warranty.

From the first inspection to commissioning and maintenance

Every project begins with the real requirement and is handed over only after the complete system is tested

  1. Inspection and design

We survey the site, analyse the requirement, then design the right solar, boiler or central-heating system

  2. Installation and execution

Specialist technicians and certified European equipment deliver a safe system that fits the property

  3. Commissioning and maintenance

We test every operating point, hand over a working system, and continue with warranty and scheduled maintenance
