Find your system

Just a few questions about your home — no engineering knowledge needed.

How the Smart Advisor works

The Smart Advisor asks you at most five questions and recommends the system and capacity that suit your home. The recommendation is computed from fixed engineering rules — not guesswork and not a language model. The same answers always produce the same result.

The questions are adaptive: you are only asked what actually matters in your case. If you say you need hot water only, you are never asked about heating or pools. The progress bar shows the real step count out of five, not an estimate.

You see the result immediately, without leaving your number. Sharing your number is optional and comes after the recommendation, so you decide with the answer already in front of you.

Before you start

What exactly drives the recommendation?

Four groups of inputs. Property type (apartment, one-, two- or multi-storey villa, project) determines the system type and how it is installed. What you need (hot water, heating, both, or pool heating) selects the recommendation path. What is available — a sun-exposed roof and natural gas — determines whether solar and boilers are possible at all. And household size plus usage pattern determine the daily hot-water demand and whether one unit is enough.

Why does it ask about the roof and the gas supply?

Because they decide what can physically be installed. A solar water heater needs a sun-exposed roof with enough area and the right orientation; without one the recommendation follows a different path. Natural gas opens up boilers and central heating. If you have neither, other solutions exist — and the advisor recommends those instead of handing you something you cannot install.

Why ask both household size and shower pattern?

Household size sets the daily hot-water volume. But simultaneity changes the maths: a family of four showering across the day is not the same as four showering within the same hour — the second needs more storage capacity or more than one unit. That is why they are two separate questions.

I have a pool — does the advisor cover it?

Yes, on a completely separate path. Pool heating is sized by water surface area, the single largest factor in the required output. Then: whether the pool is covered or open — an open pool loses far more heat — and when you will use it. Extending the summer season is one thing; winter use needs higher output and a different system.

Is the recommendation final? Can I buy from it?

No. It is a precise starting point that tells you which system and capacity your case points to, and saves you an entire exploratory call. A final quote requires a site visit that checks the roof, its orientation and area, pipe routes and draw-off points — and that visit is free.

Do I have to leave my number to see the result?

No. The full result appears before any data is requested. If you want to continue, one step collects your number so the team can review the recommendation with you and book the site visit — deliberately optional.

What if my case is complex, or a large project?

The advisor handles projects and facilities as their own path with its own questions. If the case is more involved than that — a central system for a hotel, hospital or factory — contact the projects team directly; those are designed on site, not by an automated recommendation.
