At Aurora, installation is not a side step after the sale; it is half the job. The same unit performs very differently depending on its location, capacity, pipe runs and how it connects to the home. That is why the service follows four fixed stages, each with a clear deliverable.
1. Free on-site inspection
A technician visits the site and checks available space, orientation and roof shading, pipe routes, the gas or power supply, and the draw points in the home. The inspection is free and carries no obligation, and it is what makes the quote about your home rather than a hypothetical one.
2. System design and selection
After the inspection, the system type, capacity, number of units and their placement are defined. Capacity is calculated from household size, usage pattern and simultaneous demand, not floor area. The quote comes here, because price is the result of these decisions rather than a fixed number.
3. Installation
A technical team installs the system to the agreed design: mounting the units, running and insulating pipes, connecting to the water or heating circuit, and safety connections. In compounds, unit placement follows the compound rules and facade.
4. Commissioning, handover and warranty activation
The system is started and tested in front of you before handover, and we explain everyday use and basic settings. After installation the warranty is activated and the system is registered in your name, so any later service request opens against an existing record.

- Gas boilers for hot water and heating.
- Central heating with radiators or underfloor heating.
- Heat pumps for properties without a suitable roof.
- Swimming pool heating.
What to prepare before the inspection
- Household size and peak usage times.
- Is natural gas available, and is the roof accessible?
- Hot water only, or heating too?
- If there is an existing system: its type and approximate age.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, it is free with no obligation to buy. Its purpose is for a technician to see the site in person, so the recommendation and quote are based on your home rather than a guess over the phone.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the system type, size and site condition: a solar heater for a home differs from central heating for a villa or a central system for a hotel. The duration is set in the quote after the inspection, based on the actual work.
Does the quote include installation?
The quote issued after the inspection sets out the system, installation and connections your home needs. There is no published price because capacity, pipe runs, roof condition and accessories vary from home to home, and the quote is explained before any work.
My compound has facade rules. Is that a problem?
No. It is part of the design itself: unit placement and layout follow the compound rules and facade, and the inspection settles this before any work.
When does the warranty start?
It is activated after installation. The manufacturer warranty covers the product itself, and Aurora provides installation and commissioning warranty. Product-specific details are on each product page and on the warranty activation page.
Which areas do you cover?
Requests from every governorate are accepted and reviewed, and timing is confirmed by location and system type. There are also dedicated pages for areas where we have delivered many projects, on the services page.
