Will I have hot water at night and in winter?
The system stores water heated during the day, with backup supplying additional heat when needed. Capacity, storage and operation are selected around consumption and available sunlight to serve your household’s schedule.
How do you select capacity?
We review users, draw volume and outlets used together. Projects also require peak-demand and distribution review. You receive a model and capacity recommendation, with installation details confirmed at the assessment.
What determines the price?
Capacity, site requirements and system components. Your quote sets out installation and warranty after assessment.
Should I prepare the roof before contacting you?
Start with a roof photo and the property location. The assessment identifies space, shade, supports, pipe routes and required preparations. You can understand the work before spending on site preparation.
Who handles warranty and maintenance?
Aurora sets out warranty coverage in the quote and provides maintenance and after-sales support.
